How do I place a custom order?
Browse our products and available sizes, then use our Contact page to send us the details of what you’re looking for. Please include the size, quantity, colors, and your logo or design if you have one.

Do I have to pay upfront?
Yes. Custom orders require payment upfront before production begins. This covers the materials and production costs associated with creating your custom order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Venmo, PayPal, and Cash App.

Do you ship?
Yes! We can ship orders. Shipping costs vary depending on the product and size of the order.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup can be arranged for customers in the Ankeny/Des Moines area.

How long do orders take?
Turnaround time depends on the product, quantity, and our current workload. We’ll provide an estimated completion time when your order is confirmed.

Do you install vinyl decals?
No. KJM Custom Decals currently supplies the finished decals but does not provide installation. Decals are supplied with transfer tape when applicable so they are ready for application.

What kind of vinyl do you use?
For our cut vinyl decals, we use quality permanent outdoor vinyl such as ORACAL 651. Our printed products are also produced using quality materials designed for professional results.

What’s the difference between cut vinyl and printed vinyl?
Cut vinyl is great for lettering, numbers, simple logos, and solid-color designs. Printed vinyl allows for detailed, multicolor graphics, gradients, and more complex designs.

Can you make decals larger than the sizes listed on the website?
Yes! The sizes on our website are our standard options, but we can quote larger or custom-sized projects. Contact us with the dimensions you need.

Can you make business logos and vehicle decals?
Yes! We can produce custom business decals, vehicle lettering, trailer graphics, window decals, and more. We do not currently offer full vehicle wraps or installation.

Do you make yard signs and banners?
Yes! We offer custom yard signs and banners in multiple sizes. If you need a size or quantity that isn’t listed, contact us for a custom quote.

Can you create the design for me?
Yes! If you don’t already have finished artwork, send us what you have along with an idea of what you’re looking for. Depending on the complexity of the project, additional design charges may apply.

Will I see the design before it is made?
For custom-designed projects, we can provide a proof or rendering for approval before the final product is produced.

Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes! Larger quantities may qualify for discounted pricing. Contact us with the size and quantity you need for a custom quote.

Can I cancel or return a custom order?
Because our products are made specifically for each customer, custom orders generally cannot be returned or refunded once production has started. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

Can you recreate any logo or design?
We can work with artwork you own or have permission to use. Some copyrighted or trademarked designs may require authorization from the rights holder.

Are you coming out with new products?
