Because many of our products are custom-made or specially ordered, all sales are generally final.

Please review all sizes, colors, names, numbers, designs, and other order details carefully before approving your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error with your order, please contact KJM Decals & Customs within 7 days of receiving your item. We’ll work with you to make it right.

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

• Custom or personalized items

• Incorrect sizes ordered by the customer

• Change of mind after an order has been placed

• Approved designs or customization

• Normal variations in color or appearance

• Items that have been worn, used, washed, or altered
  

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us with your name, order information, and photos of the item.
